Freight/RA Coordinator

I have been working for Bausman & Company Inc. since 1998. My duties include scheduling pickups for completed orders, providing freight quotes for customers, and invoicing orders after they are shipped. In addition to that, I handle the problem solving for the customer service department, and coordinate the return and repairs of problematic orders. I feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to work with a great staff and look forward to expanding my knowledge of the furniture industry.
