East Coast Customer Account Representative

I have worked for Bausman since 1998. I am in charge of all accounts east of the Mississippi, including six Showrooms and nine Certified Dealers. My responsibilities include typing new orders, order status and changes, technical questions and questions about our product. In the time I have worked for Bausman, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge about our product which enables me to provide my customers with better service. My daily goal is to make our customers’ experience a pleasant one.
