I have been with Bausman since 1991. In my years working here, I have acquired a wealth of detailed and valuable product knowledge, which has been a great help to the Customer Service Department. This is why I am in charge of pricing custom items, detailed technical questions, and special projects such as new item descriptions, updating the web and drawing descriptions in our system, and the new pricelist layout.
