More and more we find that professional interior designers are looking for ways to conceal large video displays. As technology has enabled the picture quality to improve, we see the screen sizes increasing.

Pop up lifts offer an excellent solutions for situations such as at the foot of the bed (or built into the footboard as shown at right). With a swivel you can watch your TV from your bed or anywhere in the room. Then lower the TV out of sight when not in use.
Our sophisticated pop up swivel unit provides programmable swivel limits, which allow you to set where the swivel stops its rotation. It can also be set to remember its last position and incorporates four discrete inputs for use with a home integration system.

Some homeowners install a central AV system which allows you to access DVD movies and cable or satellite from any TV in the house. Another solution is to house your AV components elsewhere in the room such as in a nightstand. We can adapt any of our nightstands for this purpose. The cords would then run under the bed to the TV unit.

It is important to consider speakers with plasma TVs. Most Plasma TVs do not have speakers built in and are purchased separately and bolt on to the sides, increasing the TV width by about 7" from the manufacturers published specifications. We have several solutions to this problem. Just ask us.

A pop-up swivel unit is great behind a sofa. This works well if you wish to share your TV between seating areas, perhaps a kitchen or bar.
